Listing is completely free. Click "Post Free Ad" on any page, create an account (or log in), fill in your property details — photos, price, amenities — and submit. Our team reviews and publishes it within a few hours.
Browsing and shortlisting properties is 100% free. To unlock the owner's contact number directly, you use one credit. Credits can be purchased in small packs — far cheaper than paying a full broker's commission.
We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, WhatsApp us for a faster response — we typically reply within an hour during business hours.
Use the "Report Listing" option on the property page, or send us the property URL via this contact form with the subject "Report a Listing". We take fraud very seriously and investigate all reports within 24 hours.
We currently focus exclusively on Hyderabad to ensure listing quality and verification standards. We're actively working on expanding to Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune — sign up to be notified when we launch in your city.
Our team manually reviews each listing before it goes live. For the green "Verified" badge, a field agent physically visits the property to confirm details like size, photos, and ownership documents. Verified listings get significantly more enquiries.
